You need to create your first website yourself to truly understand how it is done and what all the variables are behind it that will make it a success.
Once you’ve done that, you need to seriously consider outsourcing affiliate marketing tasks. Why?
To become a super affiliate, you will usually need more than one website. Creating all that content is a major undertaking. You’ll need help
In fact you can get help on a lot of aspects of website design and operation – and you’ll probably start using some from day one. There are two key sources of help:-
-
Outsourcing and
-
Automation – including using software such as site building software
Some of the areas of that you can outsource are
-
Web site hosting
-
Web site design – but be very careful to choose a site that is simple, uncluttered and reasonably quick to load. Many web designers are more interested in how hip they can make your page look than how well it attracts, retains and monetizes visitors.
-
Graphics design
-
Article / web page writing
-
Sales page copy writing
-
Telephone answering
-
Live chat -
-
Finding affiliates to promote your own products

-
Popular websites such as Elance, Rentacoder and Guru.com. Check out Gary Antosk’s book
