• Finding affiliates to promote your own products

• Try Google on “outsource” and the skill or task you are looking for
• Online Forums and mailing lists
• Pay attention to freebies and emails that you may have signed up for. They may have specific recommendations for companies that have worked well before.
• Look local – use newspapers, employment agencies, students
• Use your email communications to find people – and often they will be people you have already interacted with
• Journalists. – you may know some – I do
• Online job sites – e.g. monster.com– the ads do attract internet-savvy applicants
